Authorised QRE Official Application Form

2012 AUTHORISED QRE OFFICIAL   Following the recent release of the 2012 QRE Guidelines, QRE’s who do not have a National Judge or Candidate National Judge officiating must have an Authorised QRE Official in attendance. People wishing to apply to become an Authorised QRE Official must comply with procedure 1040 Authorised QRE Official and submit the appropiate form. As this procedure is being release toward the end of 2011 and the 30 day application period can not be met for any QREs during January 2012 the time frame assocated with applying will not come into force until 1st February 2012.   1040 Authorised QRE Official   Application Form in word format
