Sydney Olympic Park Archers is located at Sydney Olympic Park Archery Centre Bennelong Parkway Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 –
PARKING WILL BE IN P5 CAR PARK (located to the west of the Archery Centre).
THE RATE TO BE CHARGED TO PARK IN P5 WILL BE ADVISED BY THE SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK AUTHORITY SHORTLY
The deadline for online registration is 11.59pm on Thursday 1st MAY 2025

NOTE – We reserve the right to change the shooting program based upon entry numbers, any changes to the program will be sent to competitors by email following the close of entries

SCORING:
- Scoring will be undertaken using a paper scorecard (one per archer) and an electronic device (one per target) using Archers Diary, a competitor from each target must provide an electronic device for scoring.
- Each archer must be registered and listed in Archers Diary.
- If an archer is not listed in Archers Diary their entry will not be accepted until such time as the archer’s club registers the competitor in Archers Diary. It is not the responsibility of the tournament organiser or ASNSW to register an archer in Archery Diary.
- If an archer is not registered in Archers Diary the host will send the archer a reminder email and it will be archers’ responsibility to ensure their club registers them into Archers Diary by the 11.59pm, 12 May 2022
INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
Medals presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division
COMMUNICATIONS:
Information or updates will be circulated via email (that is the email address you provided with your entry).
Ensure you provide a contact phone number.
Catering:
We suggest that you bring your own food and drink to the event.
Dress Regulations:
The Organising Committee will be enforcing Archery Australia Rules (7.10) in respect of athlete’s dress.
Results:
Scoring will be both paper and live using Archers Diary.
