Notes:
- It is the archer’s responsibility to ensure that you register for an eligible round and age division.
- All U14, U16, U18 and U21 archers may elect to compete in a higher class, up to and including Open, by entering in the higher class, paying the appropriate fee and shooting the round for that class.
- All 50+, 60+ and 70+ archers may elect to compete in a lower class, down to and including Open, by entering in the lower class and shooting the round for that class.
- Scores for archers who do not shoot the correct round for their age/class and bow type will be marked as invalid in Archers Diary
- The event may be cancelled if the minimum number of entries (more than four archers in U18 or older category) are not received by the closing date.
- The event may also be cancelled for reasons outside the control of the LOC e.g. due to inclement weather or directive from a relevant authority that requires cancellation of the event.

- As electronic scoring via Archers Diary will be available for this event, all archers are responsible for ensuring your scores are entered into Archers Diary at the completion of the event.
- This tournament will be shot under Archery Australia, SQAS, and club rules and policies.
- Competitors are to ensure that you bring your current AA membership card (physical or digital) with you as you may not participate without proof of current membership.
- Archers are required to be appropriately attired at the event and please remember to Slip-Slop-Slap and drink adequate water during the event.
- Drinks, chocolates, water etc. will be available to purchase. Lunch will not be available.
- Event entry refund policy:
- A cancellation fee of $10 per event day will apply for withdrawals before the closing date, and the Assemble Sports fees are also non-refundable.
- No refund will be given for withdrawals after the closing date.
- Class:
- Under 14 anyone born in or after the year 2012
- Under 16 anyone born in the years 2010 or 2011
- Under 18 anyone born in the years 2008 or 2009
- Under 21 anyone born in the years 2005, 2006 or 2007
- Open anyone born in 1976 to 2004 inclusive
- 50+ anyone born in the years 1966 to 1975
- 60+ anyone born in 1956 to 1965 inclusive
- 70+ anyone born in or before 1955
- Para Open Regardless of age, class is designated as Open
- VI1 Regardless of age, class is designated as Open
- VI2/VI3 Regardless of age, class is designated as Open
