TERMS OF ENTRY

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
1. An archer after entering a tournament may cancel their entry.
2. If the cancellation is advised formally by email with the Organising Committee prior to
the close of entries a full refund will be issued following the completion of the
competition.
3. If an archer cancels after close of entries no refund will be issued. Any entry cancelled 48
hours before the tournament date the Organising Committee, may deduct 20% of the
entry fee to cover expenses and Judges Fees.
4. If the archer fails to attend the competition without any prior notice, they will forfeit all
entry fees.
Media Consent
By entering the proposed event on the registration form provided, you are consenting to the
disclosure of personal information to be published on the Northers Archers of Sydney Inc,
Archery NSW and/or Archery Australia websites, newsletter, and other social media platforms
such as Facebook and Instagram. This consent only applies to the following:
1. Photographs of the Event
2. Results of the Event
3. Awards, scholarships, prizes received by entrants due to this event
4. Other specific items identified by Northern Archers of Sydney Inc, Archery Australia and/or
World Archery.
Entrants should be made aware that by giving this consent, they are permitting personal
information about them to be published, which can be viewed by anyone who accesses Northern
Archers of Sydney Inc, Archery NSW and Archery Australia website or other publications
including Facebook, and that if consent is withheld, this publication will be withheld.
Entrants further understand that this consent may be withdrawn at any time, upon written notice,
and that consent is given voluntarily.
Conditions of Entry
I have read and understand my responsibilities, the conditions detailed above and agree I will
comply with all the rules and regulations of the hosting club – Northern Archers of Sydney Inc.
I agree to be bound by the Constitution and Rules of Archery Australia Inc and World
Archery, where appropriate.
