Event information:

72-arrow ranking round followed by match play. Recurve to shoot Saturday, Barebow and Compound to shoot Sunday.

Registration/equipment inspection: 8:30am

Practice: 9am

Scoring: 9:30am

Lunch of no less than 60 minutes at the conclusion of the 720-ranking round, followed by elimination match play.

Please note: Lunch will not be available at the club, but there are a variety of shops within a 10 minute drive. Cold drinks and tea/coffee will be available for purchase at the club.

This tournament is designed to encourage archers of all ages and experience to come and have a go at match play, with an OPEN division and Division 2 in male/female, recurve/barebow/compound. 

Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in all divisions and categories.

OPEN Division 

Archers who shoot open, u21, 50+ divisions

Division 2

U18 and under, 60+, 70+ divisions

Novices – An archer of any age who has shot registered events (as per Archers Diary) for less than 12 months 

Returning archers – an archer who has shot less than 2 registered events in the past 12 months, regardless of how long they had previously been shooting

Matchplay format will follow World Archery rules – recurve and barebow will shoot the ‘set system’ and compound will shoot 15-arrow matches. A briefing will occur before the start of matches to ensure all archers understand the format.
