The AA Open Field Championship – now an annual tournament – brings together our best field archers seeking their portion of the $6900 in prize money on offer and the chance to win a Silver Belt Buckle which goes to the winner of each division.

Archers at this year’s tournament will also be seeking selection for the Australian team heading to Yankton USA for the World Field Championships.

The legacy of the 2026 tournament will be Australia’s newest and likely most challenging field course prepared by the dedicated team at Hills Archers – SA.

The tournament includes an unmarked and marked field round, shot at the red peg distances for Compound and Recurve, with Barebow shooting from the blue distance pegs.

Entries are capped at 120 so don’t delay in getting your entries in. Entries close 30th April 2026 if not already fully subscribed.
