Archery Australia are calling all interested Youth and Para archers from across the country who are aiming towards the 2028, 2032 and beyond Olympic and Paralympic games, to Express an interest in its new Pathways program – The National Pathways Squad (NPS).
About the National Pathways Squad
Released in our recent Newsletter (Dec 2022 edition) the program is aimed to continue on from the work of the P24 programs and looks to take a new cohort of talented athletes and develop them for the future. The program involves a range of training camps at the AIS as well as online education, is federally funded and is designed to better prepare our athletes for entry into our National Squad system and state-based institute programs.
In the Recurve NPS program, we are seeking younger archers under the age of 20, who are interested in developing their skills and in the Para NPS program we are seeking all archers who are interested in the same goals.
