The International classification and Paralympic Nomination Camp has also been postponed until further notice.

We will be working closely with all relevant parties regarding plans to reschedule these events.

We’d like to thank Mount Petrie Bowmen for their assistance with this matter and to all the participants for their support with this decision.

A decision on the 2020 National Youth Championships will be made in the next few days.

The Archery Australia Board also noted that due to the increased travel restrictions and guidelines from the Australian Government, no teams will be participating in international competitions for the foreseeable future.

This means that Australia will not be sending teams to the 2020 Oceania Championships in Fiji and the Para World Ranking Tournament in the USA.

Archery Australia will also be following the fourteen-day self-isolation restrictions in place for any athlete, official or staff member arriving in Australia from international travel.

All decisions will continue to be made with the welfare of our members and all who are involved with the sport, should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us (info@archery.org.au).
