Archery Australia is seeking a newly created role of Sport Participation Lead to be based within Victoria and service the VIC region.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support Archery VIC and its clubs to deliver the Archery Australia Strategic Plan by supporting the community to access, engage and enjoy archery by activating the Play Well participation strategy. This role will promote inclusivity and participation in the sport through increasing participation opportunities in the community and schools, particularly in underrepresented groups in the sport and across VIC regions.

This key role will also work closely with Archery VIC to support their capacity for growth in their clubs and with their people. The support will extend to development or activation of initiatives, community engagement, building local stakeholder partnerships inclusive of government departments, participation growth and volunteer support.

This role will facilitate, increase and manage archery activities and identify opportunities and support for community involvement across a wide range of population groups, cultural groups and accessibility support and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs to keep them relevant and contemporary for ongoing engagement in the sport.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support the Archery Tasmania and clubs to deliver the Archery Australia Strategic Plan by supporting the community to access, engage and enjoy archery by activating the Play Well participation strategy and developing the capacity of the sport. This role will promote inclusivity and participation in the sport through participation opportunities in the community and schools, particularly in youth and underrepresented groups. It will support clubs and coaches through increasing training and courses to build a network of resources to expand the capacity of the sport for future growth.

This key role will work closely and report into the RGB to support the needs of their clubs and their people. The support will extend to development or activation of initiatives, community engagement, local stakeholder partnerships inclusive of government departments, participation growth and volunteer support.

This role will promote inclusivity and participation in the sport through increasing participation opportunities in the community and schools, particularly in underrepresented groups in the sport and across NSW/ACT rural regions.

The support will extend to development or activation of initiatives, community engagement, building local stakeholder partnerships inclusive of government departments, participation growth and volunteer support.

The primary purpose of the role will be to support archery South Australia and clubs across the state to deliver the Archery Australia Strategic Plan and supporting the community to access, engage and enjoy archery by activating the Play Well participation strategy. The role will also implement talent identification processes and foster development of athletes through a development pathway from talent ID through coaching and support to be part of high-performance programs in SA/SASI. This role will promote inclusivity and participation in the sport through increasing participation opportunities in the community and schools, particularly in youth and female groups, and underrepresented groups in the sport.

This key role will work closely with and archery SA to support their capacity for growth in their clubs and with their people and the development and talent ID program. Support will extend to development initiatives, talent identification, connected with high performance programs, community engagement, participation growth, volunteer support and connecting a coaching network.

This role will facilitate, increase and deliver archery activities and identify opportunities for community involvement and development across a wide range of population groups, cultural groups and accessibility support and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs to keep them relevant and contemporary for ongoing engagement in the sport and pathways to performance programs. It will further offer direct coaching support for talent identified athletes and facilitation of coach development for identified coaches in the state to support the sports capacity for growth.
