Australian Archers Day 1 at Lac La Biche

A fabulous day of weather and Archery in Lac La Biché Canada.
Lexie Feeney shot a PB and beat the National Tournament record for Open Female recurve unmarked field with a score of 350

Despite being unwell Alban Thornycroft shot a 399 which is also a PB and beats the National Tournament record for under 21 male compound for unmarked field. Josh Turner put together a round of 392 and is placed 13th currently.

In open male compound Jarrah King shot a 400 in his first international tournament, Jay Moylan shot a 397 and Harry Neve a 392.

Hugo Lobb and Juddah Holmes are happy with how they shot and are placed 2nd and 4th currently.

Nicky Fairweather and May Hu are both happy to have shot rounds over 300 in Barebow women and are placed 9th and 11th so far.

Chris Jackson is currently 2nd in Under 21 Recurve.

Michael Fisher is currently 10th, Simon Fairweather is 19th. Cirilo Amarillo shot a PB by 6 pts and is placed 26th currently.

Alyssa Mollema shot well for a PB for unmarked field and is placed 26th.

Alex Smith and Ryan Tyack are placed in the top 16 after the first day. Kane Wilson is currently placed 29th

Tomorrow Archers will shoot marked distances and their scores will be combined to determine their final ranking position before elimination match play starts.
