Officiating in Australia

Officials help to make the sport of archery maintain the values of safety, integrity and unity. Officials are the people who maintain a standard for help the clubs and competitions run at an appropriate level.

Event judges are qualified to run and judge QREs in target, field or indoors events at clubs around Australia. Each RGB has a list of event judges who are eligible to act as official in that state (STATE JUDGES LIST). There are resources to help support you as a judge, including rules, guidebooks and travel forms which can be found on the officials resources page.

Officials need to be re accredited every 4 years and are required to officiate a number of event sin this time as well as RGB seminars, online judges training or ongoing education.
