MINIMUM No. of ENTRIES: Unless there are a minimum of 16 archers registered by
the closing date the shoot will be cancelled.
ROUND: 24 Target Marked Field
CLASS:
Under 14 anyone born in the year 2012 or younger
Under 16 anyone born in the years 2010 or 2011
Under 18 anyone born in the years 2008 or 2009
Under 21 anyone born in the years 2005, 2006 or 2007
Open anyone born in 1976 to 2004 inclusive
50+ anyone born in the years 1966 to 1975
60+ anyone born in 1956 to 1965 inclusive
70+ anyone born in or before 1955
All Under 14, Under 16, Under 18 & Under 21 archers may elect to compete in an older Class, up to and
including Open, by entering the higher Class and shooting the Peg Colour for that Class.
All 50+, 60+ and 70+ may elect to compete in a younger Class, down to and including Open, by entering the
lower Class and shooting the Peg Colour for that Class.

ENTRY CANCELLATION POLICY
SQAS may cancel an event if a criteria for cancellation, as enunciated within the event invitation, is met – e.g. a
minimum number of entries required.
The event may also be cancelled for reasons outside the control of SQAS e.g. due to inclement weather or
relevant authority that requires cancellation of the event (e.g. Covid restrictions).
EVENT ENTRY REFUND POLICY
• full refund of the entry fees paid where the event is cancelled by the Organisers.
• 90% refund of the entry fee paid where the entrant withdraws from the event prior to registration cut-off.
• no refund (except in extenuating circumstances) where the entrant withdraws after registration cut-off.
NOTES:
As electronic scoring via Archers Diary will be available for this event, all archers are responsible for ensuring
your scores are entered into Archers Diary at the completion of the event.
Registration is essential and will only be accepted when accompanied by payment.
Please remember to slip, slop, slap, and use insect repellent before shooting, and drink plenty of water during
the event
This tournament will be shot under AA rules and SQAS policies.
Please advise the organisers if you have any issues with photos being taken by the official photographer
Competitors are to ensure that you bring your current AA membership card (physical or digital) with you as
you may not participate without proof of current membership.
As there is no guarantee that the MPB canteen will be open, please ensure you bring your own food and drink
(water) requirements. THERE IS NO WATER AVAILABLE ON THE FIELD COURSE.
