PROGRAMME: SAMFORD ROUND: 90 arrows @ 40m on a (80cm face)
Please specify face size: Full face per target or 6 ring 80cm – one face per archer.
DIVISIONS OPEN in the following categories: Male Recurve / Male Compound/ Female Recurve / Female Compound
DATE: Saturday, 8th February, 2025
ENTRY FEE: $29.00 per archer competing + Assemble Fee – includes lunch
LOCATION: Northern Beaches Campus (formerly known as Cromer High School), South Creek Road (Inman Reserve), DEE WHY WEST.
COMMENCES:Registration commences at 8.00a.m. Equipment Inspection at 8.30 with shooting commencing at 9.00.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd & 3rd placings in each division where applicable.
CLOTHING: As per ArcheryNSW tournament guidelines.
ALLOCATIONS: Archers are requested to register on arrival, and produce their Archery Australia registration card and/or proof that they are a registered member of competing club (Receipt).
GENERAL: A canteen will operate through the day.
ON LINE SCORING: Online Scoring using iscored.today – Electronic devices in front of the shooting line for scoring only ( ie no photos / social media or communications).
TEAMS EVENT:
There will be a Perpetual Trophy award for both a Recurve & Compound Teams. Team of 4 archers, can be made up of Male / Female.
Note: Archers must be registered to the Society through the one club
There will also be a Perpetual Trophy for winning ladies team of 4 competitors (maximum of two compounds).
MATCH PLAY KNOCKOUT: At the conclusion of the Tournament, all archers regardless of sex will be invited to take part in a Match Play Knockout. Archers will then shoot three arrows from which the lowest score is eliminated. In the event of a tie, those archers concerned will be allowed a one arrow shoot-off whereby the closest to the centre will advance to the next round, until there is only one competitor left. Spectators are most welcome.

Space will be limited, therefore entries will be taken on a first received basis. Only those entries registered on line will be accepted, no email entries and/or phone entries will be accepted. Members should ensure that if they newly registered as a member of Archery Australia to allow enough time for their name to show up in Archers Diary.
